A fully furnished beachfront apartment that can host 8 people and have 7 beds. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, internet wifi, air conditioner, washer, parking on street. A nice balcony with wood tables and chairs and a nice ocean view beachfront. Available short and long-term. All check-in dates are from 4 pm to 6 pm. Checkouts are only Saturdays and Sundays.
Per night, minimum 2 nights :
$150 per night, for 8 people, a refundable deposit of $100, check out cleaning $30
Accommodation 2-6 people per month:
1 month $850 (for high season dates this monthly rate variates) refundable deposit required for this short term.
2-3 months $825, refundable deposit required for this short term.
4-6 months $800, refundable deposit required for this short term.
7-12 months $775, security deposit $1500
Pay Additional for monthly rates:
Electric by usage
Internet $28 monthly
Water by usage
For short and long terms are require that renters take care of :
AC Maintenace $40 per units every 6 months
